On that note, please remember to support this board. I don't refer to money, but of course it does help. I refer to posting as much as anything. We have lost several posters of late. Some I know the reasons, some I don't. I know I should contact member x and poster y when they disappear, but I really just can't. If I have done something wrong than please let me know and I will try to correct it. I can think of at least 5 people that I miss reading that have not been around much lately. I can think of about that many friends which are largely novice which rarely post of late.
Lurkers, please I encourage you to post. Most of you have info to contribute, RE in your area, intel from work, shopping levels, these type things. If you want info and thats what you come here for, you are likely get more detailed answers if you ask a question. I would suggest one thing. Too many people seem to come here to follow the trades and advice of a few others here. If you want specific advice then you need to give a ton of personal info, more than I've seen anyone give to date. You should come here to become a better trader/investor, following someone else does not make you better. I encourage you to ask the people you respect to tell you what they are using instead of what they are doing.
Regardless of how you use the board, please support it by posting. Of course I ask everyone to follow the rules.
